HRI has established a Go Fund Me campaign to raise $20,000 to hire lawyers to mount a legal challenge to the recent 2020 Rest of River settlement.

GE polluted our River and they have been ordered by the EPA to clean it up.  Now they plan to dig their PCB’s out of the River and create a 20 acre TOXIC DUMPSITE next to the Housatonic River in the Berkshires.  Present site slated to be in Lee and Lenox.  The towns of Lee, Lenox, Pittsfield, Great Barrington and Stockbrige have so far agreed to this plan. Please consider giving money towards an Environmental lawyer to fight this TOXIC DUMP.
